I have 20 years of experience of supporting more than a thousand people to grow – as individuals, groups or businesses. I have one Master in Quality management and leadership development and another Master in social work.
My view of quality is a human-centered approach, seeing customer and employee satisfaction as central for success. When a company develops people and its culture, quality dimensions like continuous improvements, standards, rules and regulations can be built into the daily processes.
In the current Emergence paradigm of quality, employees work from psychological safety, relationship building and continuous education that results in creative flow. Organizations that combine soft and hard values both become smarter and more likable – by customers as well as employees (see my Masters thesis).
